We track active seats and storage usage daily. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, we send an itemized invoice. You have 7 days from invoice date to settle the bill via card, ACH, or wire. No prepayment, no surprise charges.
Pricing is prorated by the day. If you add 5 users on the 10th, you'll see a partial-month line item for those seats on your next invoice. Removing users stops their billing the moment you deactivate them.
Your tier is based on the active user count at the close of each cycle. Below 11 users → $10/user. 11–50 users → $7/user. 51+ users → $5/user. The whole team gets the lower rate as soon as you cross a threshold.
Every user comes with 1 GB of included storage that pools across the workspace — a 25-user team gets 25 GB free. Beyond that, additional storage is $2/GB/month, billed postpaid alongside your seats.
